Bathroom and shower were done great but water in basement right below bathroom. Fabric recliner was clean and dried within 10hrs. Asked specifically for move and clean under couch (offered help) but not done.

3 Persian carpets up to largest @ 8X10 feet were taken to COIT for a week for cleaning plus in home carpeted stairs of 15 steps were cleaned in place. Each step was on schedule, carried out with friendly, informed and efficient staff.
