I was disappointed. The man who cleaned our carpet was very friendly and efficient. He was pleasant enough. I'm just not happy about the two very large visible circles in the middle of my living room after paying 500 dollars. Unfortunately after this, I don't think I'll be using coit again.

A bottle of red wine got spilled on our newly carpeted stairway. I blotted and treated as much as I could that evening, but the affected stairs still showed a pinkish stain. Had Coit come immediately the next morning to continue treating. Unfortunately, they were not able to lift the pink stain out of the carpet. I don’t think it was the fault of the Coit operator, just the nature of red wine stains. Carpet is a cream color.

Please ensure that next time, the tech comes with the water truck.

Could a supervisor come look at the areas I mentioned?

We had our carpets cleaned by Miguel. He did an excellent job and explained what he would be doing. He was professional and easy to converse with. We would be very happy to have him back the next time we need our carpets cleaned and would recommend him to anyone who needed theirs cleaned.

I have used COIT to clean my carpets & upholstery several times now. They do a good job & I appreciate that they come to your house & give a detailed estimate before they start the cleaning. I would highly recommend their service & Will call them again for cleaning.
