The technician arrived on time, was very pleasant and respectful. He was very diligent, careful and serious about his work. My carpeting is old but it looks like new again. I did not realize how dirty the chair seats were until after he had cleaned them.

They did a fantastic job on our old dirty couch! Now it looks clean, no stains, or soil. Perfect. We were actually surprised at how good it looks. Everyone was friendly and professional.
