Very professional and work with you on schedule as well as payment plan. House feels very clean with duct work cleaned out. I have used them 2x now and will again in the future when it’s due again to be done

I was under the impression that my floors would have a coat on it to help keep it clean. I guess clear coat wasn’t what I understood

The COIT guys were awesome when they came to clean our dryer vent. The vent was ~40 feet long. The original installation of the vent by the house builders was not done in the best way, which made the cleaning more difficult. The COIT guys were very patient and probably spent more time than would have been required had the vent been installed better initially. Very pleased!!!!!

When we had a serious fly infestation Coit did an extremely thorough deep clean of our condo. We can use it again! We are we are very grateful, in particular to Paul SEPULVEDA for his excellent work.

Coit did a good job getting rid of pet stains (so far, they sometimes come back later) but traffic patterns are still there in hall & my kitchen rug doesn’t look any better at all. Also, my cat and I had problems tracking wet footprints for days!
