The two men who did my carpet were very considerate and respectful. They cleaned my carpet quickly, efficiently and well. I was impressed by the job they did and by their dedication to the job.

Coit did a good job getting rid of pet stains (so far, they sometimes come back later) but traffic patterns are still there in hall & my kitchen rug doesn’t look any better at all. Also, my cat and I had problems tracking wet footprints for days!

Coit was fairly easy to work with the business office doesn't seem to know what has been ordered for service, and put scotch guard on my bill, even though I said I didn't want it. The man who cleaned our home was able to do so fairly quickly, but the three carpet stains are still there, which is disappointing.
