Coit was fairly easy to work with the business office doesn't seem to know what has been ordered for service, and put scotch guard on my bill, even though I said I didn't want it. The man who cleaned our home was able to do so fairly quickly, but the three carpet stains are still there, which is disappointing.

All of the guys did a fantastic job, but Paul Sepulveda was in particular outstanding.

The young man was very professional and the carpets looked great when he was done

They were able to come a bit earlier! Carpet looks great despite our 2 big dogs and there natural contribution to how are carpet had looked.

Stains are still on the carpet in the d/r and a streak of a dirty stain from removing the equipment.
