Carter was very courteous and knowledgeable. Several spots did not come out. I thought the newspaper type soil would have come clean. Overall, the rug looks good and the furniture looks clean.

The gentleman that showed up was very kind and very professional and I think he did an excellent job the carpets looked fantastic. My only thing is when I go up the stairs I can still kind of smell dog but I'm using febreze for that. I would definitely use court again.

Duct work was cleaned and sanitized in an effort to remove stale cigarette odor in home. It did NOT help at all. Called Servpro the next day and they ran an ozone machine for 24 hours. The odor was completely GONE!

By workers showing up on time and being courteous was an excellent start to a great experience with COIT. Plus after completing their job they cleaned up after themselves!!! How the simple things matter a whole lot!
