Duct work was cleaned and sanitized in an effort to remove stale cigarette odor in home. It did NOT help at all. Called Servpro the next day and they ran an ozone machine for 24 hours. The odor was completely GONE!

By workers showing up on time and being courteous was an excellent start to a great experience with COIT. Plus after completing their job they cleaned up after themselves!!! How the simple things matter a whole lot!

Wes and the crew were very professional. They answer every questions I had and some. They provided vital tips for my furnace and vents. They also cleaned up.

Initial service was not optimal, therefore we requested reservice which took place a few days after initial one. The reservice was excellent with very satisfactory results.
