The original cleaning was done very quickly and once dry, I found several places that were still not clean- visible or with raised spots I could scrape with a fingernail. We’ve always been happy with COIT and never experienced such a rush job. The operator was helpful in scheduling a follow up, but the same tech returned and was clearly unhappy about it. I felt uncomfortable and awkward. All we expected was the same great service and results we have had before. I hope this technician is okay. Maybe he is overscheduled. This was a disappointment but we will likely try again based on past experiences.
