We had COIT perform multiple services for our new home. COIT cleaned the HVAC vents, tile and wood floors and the blinds. Every service was performed successfully and timely. The staff helpful, friendly, and very professional. We would recommend COIT for their services to all of our friends and family.

Professional and efficient carpet looks good but it took a long time to dry

My appointment was easy to make with choices of days and times. I had an in- home rug cleaning which was very convenient. The technician arrived early and completed his work quickly. I highly recommend using COIT!

Coit did a great job at my duct cleaning—they showed up on time, kept their word, and I’m super pleased with the results.

Our technician did a great job in cleaning the carpet in 3 bedrooms, tile and cushions in the sunroom as well as window treatments. He was courteous and called a few hours ahead to give me an estimated time he would arrive and then called back when he had finished the job before us to let us know he was on the way. We are pleased.

The outside of dryer vent was cleaned with the spinner but the inside end was not making me believe there is still lent in the vent. They said it dropped down the wall and got it. It was years since cleaned. I believe there should have been more lent. I only saw what was flying around outside. There was no lent on floor inside by dryer.
