The two gentlemen who came were very professional. They inspected furniture and explained process and identified a few areas that would need extra attention.

I think the team did a great job with transparency. I had a rug where materials were not labeled and they could have easily cleaned it and potentially ruined it. They were quick and thorough. I wasn't crazy about price but also appreciate that they were able to get out so quickly.

I have had to clean lots of marks left on my flooring. It was not difficult,just time consuming. The cleaning of the wool rug was excellent.

They actually clean and sanitize the whole air delivery system and the equipment is not just a shop vac and a short hose. The guys know what they are doing, Very impressed.
