Way over priced. If I would have received a quote when I requested one I would have shopped around. Instead I was stuck and already took time off of work.

My home is 25 years old and needed the duct work cleaned. The crew was very knowledgeable and walked me through the steps to complete this job. They were excellent to work with and very informative. I also had them clean my living room carpet. I had it cleaned a couple years ago but the stains never cleaned up and I had pretty much just decided I probably would have to replace it. The tech from coit cleaned the carpet and it looked almost brand new. All the stains were gone. They also did a fabulous job on my tile in my dining room.They did an amazing job and was very affordable. We will definitely use them again

The air ducts cleaning was good. The carpet is very splotchy. They are going to come reclean it so hopefully this will fix the problem

Another quality experience from Coit! An apartment resident had a water leak soak 2 rugs in her apartment. I was able to take the rugs outside under cover and the Coit team member was able to dry and clean the rugs. I’m a happy customer with a happy resident!
