Men were very nice and courteous. I thought the price was high for the amount of work involved. There was one spot (very small) missed, but no problem. I should have asked that a small recliner be cleaned also, but didn’t.

The workers to were very polite and explained everything they were going to do. I have noticed a lot less dust since having our ducts cleaned

2 rugs seem okay after all the wash, sanitize, etc. Nice prompt pickup & delivery folks. My rugs smell like they’ve been treated, though I think I do see a stain on one maybe. Also I forgot there was a smaller candle wax stain & it seems they got some more of that wax out of it so I’m glad.

People was very good. Seems to help with the dust and dirt. Only issue developed leak in a coil drain was clogged up. We have a down flow furnace. We should have isolated the a coils in the furnace while cleaning the ducts once we cleaned out the drain. We stopped the water leak.Carpet cleaner was also excellent. .

They did a great jobs thank you for having a personality. My first question was are you scared of dogs thankfully they were not😄

To a person from phone call to cleaning everyone was exceptionally helpful and professional. My carpet looks almost new!

Received confirmation calls after setting up time online and time was changed to later in the day which was no problem. Aaron (sp.) came out and was so professional and friendly. Anyone would be lucky to have him working for them. He’s a great representative for the company. He set up areas to not make a mess and cleaned thoroughly on a rainy day. I would recommend COIT for carpet and rug cleaning!
