Did a good job in two bedrooms and stairs but not hallway.

Air duct cleaning and sealing very over priced. Only did the air duct cleaning. Hardly any dust. Had carpets cleaned. That was okay. $1500 was way over the price for service. Will not to recommend to family or friends. So glad I didn’t invest any more money than I did. The folks who did the work were on time did their job well.Felt I was misslead by Sales person. Wish he was more honest. Will spread the word of disappoint in this service and COIT.

We submitted this response already, but we will send it again with a little more comment. We were pleased with the COIT service. They were very professional and courteous and did a great job of cleaning our ducts. (One minor problem we found after the men left was residue in our utility room. It was easy to clean up so we did not see any need to call them back to our home.)

Everyone from COIT was very helpful. Charles did a wonderful job. He spent the time needed to do the job right. He was professional and courteous. This was our second time with COIT and they always provide great service so I'm sure we will use their services again the next time we need carpet cleaning.
