We had our carpet cleaned, our ducts cleaned and several throw rugs cleaned. In each case the work was done in a professional manner. We were very pleased with the results.

I was told that my vents were clean and that my vent covers had growth on them.... and I am positive that only 2 of the 5 vent covers were cleaned and sprayed with a disinfectant. The agent stated to wait 45 minutes with the fan on then turn on my heat. The growths was to have been wiped away and I was told to get new vent covers after my interior demolition is finished and call back for the actual vents to be cleaned. If there was any smells of growth to come back get some disinfectant cleaner to touch up before the demolition begins, not to waste more money. It has not been a full seven (7) days as I am writing this on Friday, October 31, 2025 four(4) days after they came out on Monday October 27, 2025. I am sneezing constantly blowing my nose and rubbing my eyes. I thought the guys were being very candid with me about my vent issues, again as they said that they were clean other than the growth on the vent covers which he wiped down 2 on front of me and then went into the other rooms and when I went to check on the progress they were in the basement supposedly wipping down the furnace. I had paid $190.80 of the initial quoted $376.30 for cleaning of the vents. I wish they would have just went on and cleaned all the vents and the vents cover for the full price instead of believing the guy that I only need the vent covers cleaned for the $190.80 which all were not cleaned because my vents were drilled in the wall and two were not ever remove because it was not lundrilled to open to look so I know those vent covers were not cleaned. I FEEL DUPED BY THIS SUPPOSED TRUSTED COMPANY. I GUESS YOU HAVE TO WALK WITH THE TECHNICIANS. AND WATCH THEM CLEAN EACH VENT INSTEAD OF TRUSTIMG THEM TO DO IT. I WILL CALL SOMEONE ELSE TO GET THE ACTUAL VENTS CLEANED NOW. SAD

Coit was great about convenient scheduling and prompt service. One room with very dirty carpet was much improved, a second room slightly better but one spot could have used a second attempt. Overall, we were pleased.

They did it very good job for us and we will use them again. Thank you.

Leaving Stains in my carpet, Have to wash again my carpet! Ridiculous!!!! And leave so wet my carpet. Nasty job.
