I expected better results than I received. The man who did the work seemed in a hurry to get the work over with. Several spots remained on the floor. He did not use any type of brush that I could see. Just running a steam cleaner over the grout will not remove most of the dirt. Would not recommend Coit tile and grout service cleaning to anyone I know.

Kind of ok on the chair and ottoman, but got my stairs dirty. I guess because of the dampness on his shoes. Overall, guess ok
