Service tech was wonderful. Just disappointed with product. Didn’t call back to fix it as it was a cleaning in advance of an event at our home and there was not time to redo it.

The two men who cleaned the rug were friendly and polite. Had misinformation about price. I didn’t know the price for one room was $56. I thought $190. But I had a few spots cleaned on the couch to have that minimum charge. The only problem was we had two large stretched areas after they left. I tried to reach Jon to see if this was normal but he didn’t answer my text. Luckily after we put large fans on it the problem was solved. I found this solution on the internet. I also had to request that the cleaners go over one bad spot that didn’t seem clean.

Very good experience. Respectful and pretty good about cleanup on the vent cleaning. Carpet and upholstery cleaning was 5 star
