Your personnel was very good. We had an issue with the scheduling( we had the air ducts , carpet and entry tile cleaned, they were all to be cleaned in one day but the ducts were cleaned in the afternoon so the carpet couldn’t get cleaned until the next day. So this interrupted my schedule.
