We have a large house with multiple vents and high ceilings. The crew were able to block all the vents including one that was over a piece of furniture that couldn't be moved and got the job done without any problems. They also cleaned the dryer vent without disturbing any of the other thins in the laundry room. They were fast, efficient and finished in less time than they thought it would take. We've had no problems and my allergies are in check. Thank you for the outstanding service.

The gentleman that came out to do my carpet did a good job and was a very nice young man.

Very polite and competent man who cleaned my carpet. What I didn't like was the $25 "service fee". I talked to the manager about this and he said the fee was to cover "service costs". My reply was that's what you're providing is a service so I pay for the service of my carpet plus another service fee? What kind of nonsense is that? If they can't cover their overheard with their fees then they should be honest and raise their rates not try to sneak in another charge without us noticing it. I called later asking for the address of headquarters and/or email. Haven't heard back.
