Great customer service.

The absolute worst experience. I have Saltillo tile and had looked up what the process was for cleaning it was. Coit advertises that they do Saltillo so I called for an estimate. Johnny came out to do the estimate. I related to him what I had learned and he reassured me it didn’t take all of that. I scheduled and the technician came out. He said they don’t strip it all the way down so there may be inconsistency, I said ok because Saltillo has inconsistency anyway. He poured on and sucked off 3 coats of stripper, my floor was peeling. He told me the seal and he said seal would cover it. It didn’t and then he said that was all he could do. My partner was loud and called the modesto office they were out of. The manager then told him basically that I lied, that both Johnny and Ron told me they couldn’t do it and that I insisted anyway. They refunded the money and now we have to pay thousands to recover it. So it was a horrible experience. They sell something they cannot do although the website says they can, then they do a botch job and to top it off, call the customer a liar. Check the Modesto Coit ratings and comments. I’m not the only wronged customer.

Miguel always does an excellent job!!! he goes over and above to please his customer! He is a true gem. I recommend Coit to all my friends.

Both technicians were great. Very professional and they definitely knew their stuff!

We are very disappointed as the spots that should been removed remain the carpet which is not wear and tear as the technician stated on the pre inspection form. When questioned, my husband was informed it was all wear and tear.

Overall my experience with COIT went extremely well. My dryer drying as it should, but it was still heating so I figured there had to be a block somewhere. Luckily COIT came out to my home in Merced, located the issue cleared my vent, put my appliance back in its set location and my dryer has been working properly ever since.

Never use them again

We were very pleased with our service. We had our tile and grout cleaned throughout our home. It looks brand new and the price was very reasonable.
