COIT cleaned 3 of my area rugs. They look great, almost like new! COIT picked up and delivered on time, and the reps were friendly and polite. I'll definitely call them again when needed.

Technicians Brandon and Dan arrived on time and shortly after their supervisor, Tito, arrived. Preparation for the 13 vents took longer than anticipated as all of the vents had been caulked in at the time the house was built. Great care was taken to alleviate as much damage as possible by cutting the caulk to pull the vents down. Of the 13 vents, three of them will need a little repair with spackle and ceiling paint, not the fault of the technicians, just the situation as the vent covers and ducts had never been cleaned before. Great care was taken to cover nearby furniture. Overall, the entire process including cleanup took over 6 hours. Tito cleaned the dryer vent and did a great job moving the dryer in and out. All three were extremely knowledgeable, very kind and considerate as well as professional. It was a very long day and the noise difficult to deal with for so many hours. Overall, it would have been a five-star review, however, after the team left, I discovered that there was debris left in the driveway from power washing the vents. Some of the caulking had come off of the vents, and by the time I saw the paint chips and caulk from the vents that needed to be cleaned up, the sun had dried the caulk into the concrete and it had to be scraped off. That was not the fault of Brandon or Dan, I believe Tito was the one that worked on power washing the vents. That being said, the vents were so perfectly cleaned that it looked as though they were brand new or freshly painted.

Coit follow up from last year when I had some cleaning done with a $20 discount for the next 12 months. It was a pleasure to receive the call to remind me that I had this $20 discount and a 40% discount on a cleaning currently. I had a room that was told sometime back that I needed to just buy a new rug and I thought I would just ask this time to see if it was the same conclusion. The young man who cleaned the carpet did a beautiful job of bringing it back to almost its original state, so I’m very grateful for that. Quite as always done a great job for me and I will continue to use them moving forward.

Courteous and efficient service. All the employees have been great. The concierge service of pick up/ drop off at customer location is exceptional!
