I had 3 area rugs taken to the facility and cleaned. I have them done twice a year and they come back with the colors looking like new. Obviously I wouldn’t continue to use Coit if I weren’t 100% satisfied.

Chris W is such a lifesaver or stain saver I guess. We always end up with great service from a few different techs. We had multiple pet problems and they make them disappear. Thanks again!

The gentleman who cleaned the carpet listened to concerns that I had and address them. When I added in cleaning a chair, he did not blink and took care of that also. He was very professional.

Customer service I give 5 stars but the pricing was wayyyy too expensive for a rug
