My experience with Coit was wonderful! Very punctual, professional and cost effective.

The representative was knowledgeable and assisted with the placement of the area rug. The representative knew the type of material and how to care for the rug between cleanings. Customer service was excellent and the rug looked new again.

The representative was excellent, very kind and helpful.The only issue we had was that there would have been a $40 charge to use one of your fans overnight. The rep. left it for us for free. We have been Coit customers for 30 years; charging us for a fan would be a deal breaker for using your service again. You need to consider costumer loyalty when you set prices for service.

We continue to use quote for our carpet cleaning needs. We’ve been a long time Customer and we are a repeat customer because they do a great job. They’re easy to schedule with, they’re prompt on appointment day, and they do a great job with Cleaning. They explain everything clearly prior to the appointment and then again on appointment day so we know exactly what to expect. Great job Coit and the guy that did our most recent job were fantastic.
