The Coit employee was polite and on time. He did a great job on our grout that had not been cleaned since we moved in 5 years ago and perhaps longer.

It was mostly ok. However, there was a small folded table (on wheels, with nothing on it), that could have been rolled a few inches away from the wall to clean behind it.

The process was so easy. I got an appointment within a week, a few days, actually. Marquis was very professional. He did a fabulous job on the carpets and couches. Will definitely call them again.

Very pleasant staff however I am not convinced our carpet is clean because he went over it so fast. In and out in less than an hour and we had a large area to clean. He also broke a piece off of one of our registers in the process.

Frank was absolutely wonderful, thorough and very professional. My carpets look fantastic. So glad I chose Coit. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.to everyone.

Spilled cranberry juice on off white carpet. Called at 7:00am. They called me at 7:30 and the vleaning man was at my house at 8:45! Great job
