The Coit employee was polite and on time. He did a great job on our grout that had not been cleaned since we moved in 5 years ago and perhaps longer.

It was mostly ok. However, there was a small folded table (on wheels, with nothing on it), that could have been rolled a few inches away from the wall to clean behind it.

The process was so easy. I got an appointment within a week, a few days, actually. Marquis was very professional. He did a fabulous job on the carpets and couches. Will definitely call them again.

Spilled cranberry juice on off white carpet. Called at 7:00am. They called me at 7:30 and the vleaning man was at my house at 8:45! Great job

Very prompt service. They were able to be at my house the next day. We had just moved in and wanted the carpet cleaned before furniture arrived. Marquis did a great job. The carpets were not too wet after cleaning and dried just like he said they would.

I have been using Coit services for several years and they have always done an excellent job cleaning my carpets as well as the furnace ducts.
