The rugs were returned to us in like-new condition. Stains were gone & the pile of the rugs no longer looked matted. The price was far more reasonable than we thought it would be—especially because the rugs were in such poor condition.

Service was excellent , only complaint I have is the wooden end tables should have been moved before cleaning the chairs. Some water damage , nothing serious but the next customer might not be as understanding. I will use COIT again. Thank you and happy holidays

We use COIT as it is easy to schedule on line and we feel that the operators are prompt and courteous. The carpets always look great afterwards and within 24 hours we are back in the space.
