My family and I have been going to this dealership for years so far we have bought 7 cars there and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else

Organized, knowledgible, goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need for your car and comfort while waiting.

NAGreat service, excellent wsiting areas with refreshments, and courteous service people.

Wesley on the front desk always takes the time to explain all service procedures and reviews the invoice. I also loved getting a clean car back. Very nice perk.On another issue: you have added a “tv” to the waiting room that is definitely annoying. I always enjoyed sitting and reading in a quiet atmosphere with a refreshment that you generously supply, but this last time I walked in to the area with loud music volume/singer on tv. Staff were very accommodating and shut it off as I was the only person there. If you feel you need to have a tv for your clients I would suggest 0 volume or a silent nature video. Thanks for listening to my rant!

...No cleaning at allPeople in the front office area don’t seem to care about the people who buy their cars.For the 40 minutes I sat there. There were 6 people all seemingly doing nothing and no one acknowledged me. For some reason my car didn’t get cleaned. Maybe the person had to leave for some reason I know. But I feel the manager should’ve stepped in and helped out..
