Usually it is a long wait compare oil change places. But i walked over to Burger King and had lunch. By the time i got back it was done.

Scheduling the appointment was no problem. Everything went smooth.Kept me informed at the end and said your vehicle is ready. Never called to let me know certain things wouldn’t fit, or would you still like me to put the other accessories on or try to put them on. I paid my bill and walked out pissed. Service manager needs more training on customer service. Make sure customer gets everything answered and call before during and after the work is completed.Was never asked about the other accessories that I would like to have put on. Since two things didn’t fit. Service manager made a decision to not put on anything else without asking me first. The whole purpose of the appointment was to get the front censor fixed and put on the accessories.Make sure all notes are checked off and check with the customer before the work is done if anything could be done before closing the appointment. Make sure the line of communication is complete. Check in with the customer before , during, and after the work is complete.
