Great communication with the dealer, and excellent response on the purchase of our car. Always happy with sales and service department.

Parking was very limited.It took 3 visits to diagnose a simple battery issue.Did not perform a basic battery test after I called and said I was having trouble starting the vehicle. Told me it was a wire and removed the rust protector module. A few days later I noticed the rust module unplugged (I paid for that module), I was told it was defective. When I asked why wasn't it replaced? I was told by the person on the phone "I don't know". So I took it back in and the rust module was replaced. I still had starting issues. I called again and said I think it's the battery. Took it back in, this makes 3 visits, and THIS time they tested and replaced the battery. What a waste of time!It was a very frustrating experience getting this starting issue resolved!! I don't understand why the battery wasn't tested on the first visit. I said at the first visit I thought it needed a new battery.

Service done on time as scheduled...had coffee nearby and rec'd call when ready...fiubdviut 1st three oil changes w tire rotation were FREE for my new outlander THX
