It did seem to take a long time overall to get to the root of the issues with the vehicle. Hopefully, this most recent service fixed the problem. I was treated very fairly-loaner cars offered for long and short term and always treated with respect and not as though I was wasting their time.Except for taking so long to find out what the issue was with my vehicle, they treated me very well.

During cold and flu season it would be a great idea if the technician disinfected the steering wheel, door handle, etc and place a note for the customer that this was done.Wes in the service department is wonderful. He is always so friendly and knowledgeable.
