Reserved a loaner car while mine was being repaired. Reserved at time I scheduled service. Arrived for service and got sorry we don't have a loaner car. 2nd time this has happened. Why reserve if you don't pay attention to it. I drive an hour to get there and 3 hour service wait.!Loaner car wasn't available even after I requested one at time of scheduling service. 2 time this has happened

answeredNoLack of communication between the service department and the customer. I was told that the service for my car would be approximately 4 hrs. I did get a loner that I kept for 2 hours. The vehicle was to big for me and I did not feel comfortable driving it. When I returned to the dealership I was told it would probably be 2 hours or more.It was my decision to wait for my car to be finished. At 12:00 noontime I was told that the car still had to be taken for alignment and it would be another hour. Lunch time for the mechanics? Earlier I saw my car being driven out of the lot headed toward VIP.I didn't notice when it came back. After waiting another 1 hour and 1/2 I went to the service desk to get an update. I was told it was ready.One of the mechanic (who was very helpful) went and returned my car to me. Apparently my car was parked toward the back of the lot.I have always been satifisfied with your Service Department. However, not this time. It was my decision to wait. I just didn't know that when my car was ready I would have been forgotten about.

Was able to get me in within a couple of days. Couldn't find the battery problem. I thought that hooking up to the computer system would bring up error messages that came up during my inability to start my eclipse. Guess not. Second time I've started getting low tire pressure after a visit...I don't believe in coincidences.
