always welcoming always remember who I am by name/ alway do a good job washing car after service and this time they even vavummed it/ yeahvery nice person but hard to understand sometimes when speaking to me . it dosn't help that I am hard of hearing also

The people were very nice and explained everything so we would understand it with being new to the whole buying a car brand new thing. We really appreciated how professional and patient everyone was!

Parking is always an issue. Very congested. That's probably a good problem for Coldbrook to have though, means there's lots of vehicles to sell.Very friendly staffI do wish I had been notified in advance of the large price increase in changing tires over. The price was $15-$20 more then the last time, if I had known I would have had them changed at Everett's tire.... which is only $80 vs. $100.

They went above and beyond my oil change and tires my car was washed and spotless when they pulled it out of the bay. Thank you so much to Dan and his entire crew!
