I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Cole Academy. I'm not one to hold back on ways that things can be improved but some people are. I do think that there are some awesome ways to get more detailed feedback from the "deck plates" or junior leadership in the clinics. Ask open ended questions. "If there were 1 thing that you could change in regards to your position or how things are currently flowing in your department, what would you want changed and why." Allow time during the day (on the clock) for the staff to complete the survey whether that is during their leadership meeting or some other time.

By rolling out the New journeys for peoples career paths I think shows a great deal of care and the implementation of what employees have been asking for.

I really love how we have focused on getting better every day for our employees and patients. There is a constant focus on staying up to date and evolving, and I love being a part of that.

Lots of great movement in several departments. Seems like overall operations for current clinics are a big focus so helps the team feel more valued. Like any job there is always room for improvement and things can sometimes take time to get better.

The constant turnover of technicians is a bit concerning. We’ve been with Cole over a year ago (and we love it) but it is crazy how many technicians we have met in that time.

One thing that I do not like is the quick turn around of therapist. I feel as though my son is having too many different therapist in such a short time and it takes him a while to adjust at each change.
