Kimberly and Nathan are awesome. At first Matteo, my great grandson was not in to coming to a new place, Conroe. But now he loves coming to see Ms Kimberly and Mr Nathan. They both have helped him so much!

It would help tremendously to have more appointments after 5 pm. It takes 45 min to get to Conroe, her school in Coldspring gets out at 4:15 so almost impossible to keep a 5:00 appointment IF we could get one. Very happy with services and therapists.

Ms Dee was very caring and answered all the questions I had. I'm so hopeful for Ms Dee to start working with my grandson, Matteo. Thank you so much.

I haven’t encountered a single staff member that hasn’t been kind. What they do for our children and families, can’t be put into words. I’m the few months we’ve been here, we already see a difference in our child. Ms. D did his initial intake assessment, and left a lasting impression on him! Ms, Carolyn and Ms. Belinda have been an absolute treasure to our family! Thankful beyond measure.

My son has 8am appointments Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. It would be nice if there were regulations in place to have staff get there by 7:50 instead of right at 8. My son’s sessions have always started a few minutes late due to the doors not being unlocked and staff not needing to be there until 8. Then his sessions are ended no later than 8:27 so that the therapist can get to her next session ON TIME. I understand why that is done but instead of 30 minute sessions like other appointments, my son is only getting sometimes 20 minutes.
