Loved Holly and the treatment my LO received!

Loren and Debbie are amazing with my son Charly. They both have been a huge help for my family. The staff is always so friendly and have gone above and beyond for us.

Mrs Holly is very good with my daughter, she is happy to go to therapy every Tuesday.

My only hesitancy on recommending Cole as a workplace is that I feel policies (patient attendance, dress code, PIP's) are inconsistently applied, which is frustrating. I love the directions we are heading into per the most recent Pulse. We do need to keep working on getting consistent processes and roles. Possibly the most frustrating things to me as an employee is how there is never a spot where the buck stops with processes. "We are all responsible for making sure this thing happens." In my experience, if "everyone" is responsible then no one is responsible. I spent a lot of time feeling like process errors were mine to solve because I was told that it was up to me. When I turned myself inside out to try to wrap my head around it and failed, I was told that other people were also responsible, but no one person. So, basically, all failures were and were not mine. Rescheduling out own kiddos for holidays is a current example. It just feels like two-footed driving to me, and I would not recommend Cole as a stellar workplace (5 star) until each critical process has designated roles and responsibilities spelled out. I need to know that if I do my part, I can count on the next person to do the same, and the desired outcome will occur. If it does not occur, I need to know that a manager will address THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISSING PIECE. It takes a lot of emotional energy to feel responsible for things that are not actually within my sole control.

Cole pediatric was great with my son they were patient with him and teached him to have a bit more concentration on the things tgat were given.

Holly has been amazing for Sebastián. He has been able to show so much progress and been such great help.

Lauren is always amazing with my son. She is very attentive and shows genuine compassion. She didn't treat him like just another patient. She invests her time and makes personal connections.

This is unclear of what “experience” you are having me review. Is it all together or a session my son had in speech… or OT? Current therapist Gina and Emily are great. Cole as a whole, not so much.

All of the employees at Cole Pediatric Therapy in Schertz were so wonderfully helpful with our daughter’s needs. This was our very first experience with speech and occupational therapist, and everyone made it so easy and beneficial. From the women working the front desk scheduling, the individual therapists in separate rooms, the unique gym, even the behind the scenes insurance specialists and coordinators… everyone and everything worked together to benefit our little girl’s growth. Thank you all so much for the dedication you give these special littles.
