Rachel is amazing! She was really patient with my daughter and even gave her space and time to talk about things I thought a medical professional might not find important. For example, Rachel was asking about medical history and my daughter began talking about a time she had motion sickness. Instead of going back to the assessment questions, Rachel started asking my daughter questions about the motion sickness. This led my daughter to speak even further about a time she hurt her leg. Rachel still did not discourage my daughter from sharing her story. I went from being embarrassed that my daughter was interrupting the assessment to being proud my daughter was speaking so much in her speech therapy assessment.

It’s been several years we’ve gone here and both my kids loved every therapist they’ve had. Both kids are thriving.

My child only did a initial consultation so I do not have too much feedback as of yet

This our first in clinic therapy experience so I was a little nervous about how my son would do since he doesn’t take to change very well. However, he has made a tremendous amount of progress within such a short time period. Every time we go to therapy my son is so excited and happy to be there, from a child who is nonverbal and can easily read the energy of others this says so much about Cole Pediatric Therapy and the staff that works here. Ms. Emily, Ms. Rachel, and Ms. Hildemarie all have been great! My son immediately felt comfortable with each one of them and he enjoys each session so much he doesn’t always want to leave the facility. Seeing how much he loves his therapist the amount of progress he’s made, and how well he has adjusted to in clinic therapy, definitely goes to show I made the right decision for my son. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Hopefully, one day soon Cole will take Medicaid for ABA therapy.
