I have had a great experience going to Cole pediatric at the Tomball location. My son has loved going to therapy now and has made incredible progress. All three of the physical therapist have worked with him and have been so kind and supportive through his therapy journey. They provide support for at home exercises that he can do and show they care about his progress. Also, the front office staff is always so friendly and helpful. However, the case manager, Jessica, that I was assigned to help me was not helpful. Almost all of the communication we had was because I called her to ask for updates. Not once did she reach out to update me about why his referral was taking so long.

My sons go to Cole Therapy Tomball and we are so happy/thankful with the services they receive. Everyone is at Cole Therapy Tomball is kind and accomodating to our every need. My kids receive Speech therapy and I see a lot of improvement with each visit. We really love and enjoy going to Cole Therapy Tomball. Everyone there is amazing and kind. The work they do is excellent.

Ms. Caroline at Cole therapy is wonderful. She has motivated and encouraged my child in the best ways possible and her progression is moving along very smoothly

The staff here is amazing and friendly

There's a 15 minutes window if you're running late. The front desk personnel will not tell you that you're child will not be seen until after the time limit is up. Also, the front desk personnel are talking about the parents of the child. That is unprofessional and uncalled for while another parent is sitting there listening.

Both therapists and front desk staff are awesome, kind, and very helpful.
