Anata was very helpful through the whole process. Very communicative and kept me updated. Finding an apartment can be stressful and she made it super simple and easy!

I had a friend go inquire about an apartment for rent on March 13 . When I went up there on Friday, March 15.. They would not honor 1418 price that was quoted to me, even though I still had the paperwork. They told me that unit was no longer available and there was another unit for $1445.. then went on to tell me the $1418 that quote that price would never be available again not even in the future. Because the market price changed every day and she knew that $1418 would never be available again.. because of that I do not recommend these these apartments.

They don’t address maintenance requests, if you are okay with waiting 3 weeks or more or even months for simple request like changing light bulbs or etc . They only complete a couple work order and close them all out as is they were completed. Not the cleanest apartments when we moved in. Was half way painted and wasn’t cleaned properly super dirty we weren’t even provided a walkThru prior to us occupying. A lot of car theft, they even tried stealing our car once. Has an entrance gated door but 90% of the time it is broken and damaged by the car stealers themselves. One of the worst property management we have lived at.

It takes for months for maintenance to respond to requests. I’ve had request open for 3 months without them ever coming to even look at the problems.

Aneta was amazing, she was super helpful and explained everything clearly, she basically made our process easier.
