This apartment wasn’t the greatest on earth and the price increase was terrible I was lied to by staff and staff were rude as well as changing all the time

I just wanted to send a quick note about my recent visit. I was genuinely blown away by the tour of your apartments– it was a truly impressive experience! Aneta was absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge of all the different spaces was incredible; she seemed to know every single detail inside and out. What really stood out was how thoroughly and professionally she explained everything. She was so comprehensive that she managed to answer every potential question I might have had before I even thought to ask it! Beyond her expertise, she was simply a joy to be around – so wonderfully pleasant, friendly, and made the whole experience incredibly comfortable.It definitely left a huge impression on me, and I'm still envisioning myself settling into one of those beautiful spots someday! No idea when that dream might become a reality, but the thought is certainly exciting.I truly appreciate all the time and effort you put into organizing such a detailed and enjoyable opportunity for me to explore the various rooms you have available. Maintenance is bad office is bad customer service

Helpful and very generous and approve right and nice nigborhood

The lady gave fast service took us for a tour.. the complex seemed pleasant

Because by surroundings was very nice and clean everyone was so kind and patient with me. They truly help me and act like it was truly interested in my need. How was your day?

My experience here at Collage Apartments has been great. Any issue that occurred has always been taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve been here for four years and I’ve enjoyed my stay. I am looking forward to continuing to have a great experience in the future..

The move out experience was unpleasant mainly because of the lack of communication. If anyone had kept us informed on literally anything going on I would have rated a lot higher
