After my procedure, I went to the front desk for billing. I was numb, swollen & still experiencing discomfort. Staff told me that I had to change my previously scheduled cleaning due to a conflict on their end. One staff seemed frustrated that I couldn't make the options presented due to my job. She said since I couldn't do those options, for the other staff to reschedule me for October. I don’t want to wait as I get cleanings every 6 months. She made it seem like I was a problem.

Staff is very friendly and professional. They greets you as soon you get in the office. The service was provided as scheduled. The lobby was clean and neat.

Over the last few years the wait times have improved remarkably.Dr. Hoang and her tech provided excellent information to allow me to make a decision about my treatment. As always Dr. Hoang did excellent work.

The dentist and his assistant were great. The woman at the front desk for billing on the morning of 2/17 was complete opposite. Very combative, condescending, and completely dismissive of what I was trying to explain to her. Turned what initially was a great first experience at this office into a poor one towards the end. Thankfully the front desk manager was much more reasonable and handled the situation with class.
