Very affirming care

I made the appointment at my last visit. That seemed fine, but your office unilaterally changed it later that day. The new time was less convenient for me, but doable. Two months later I got another message about a new appointment 8 months later. I called up to clarify. The less conveniently timed appointment was still in your system, so I just canceled the out of sequence appointment that didn't seem to have anything to do with me.

I missed an appointment and could I get one into October or November so I took the appointment and then I was told you I would be put on a waiting list and that someone will keep me up-to-date and that didn’t happen. I called in to check and I finally got an appointment to get my teeth cleaned for over 20 something years just felt like that was a bit much but thank you for listening.
