I received very good care. Thank you. My only critique is in the lack of response when calling in with questions. I called in after the initial consult (day after) and immediately after the procedure (same day) with my question and never received a call back. I was told I would be contacted after staff spoke with the doctor.

Your practice came recommended by our orthodontist and we were very happy with the service. Our son healed very nicely from his wisdom teeth removal despite having several impacted. He felt little pain and recovered quickly.

Called your scheduler once a week for 6 months with no return phone call. Spoke with someone at the front desk who stated she would make Myra call us back. She dif and then stated surgery scheduled for October 22. Called a few days before the surgery because we did not receive any info about surgery just to be told we had no surgery scheduled. Someone spoke to Myra and we got scheduled for the 18th of November. Called to ask questions to again not have Myra give information. Communication from the was done via email and any questions got answered by other staff members.Care was delayed 11 months. 6 of which was due to no communication then 4 months waiting for October 22 and then an additional month to actually get the surgery. You are such a fantastic Dr and your front desk and support staff are tremendous and reflect positively on you. Myra however leaves much to be desired and reflects negatively on your practice.

The doctor and medical staff were great! The front desk is terrible. I asked for a quote for surgery many times and never got information. Also gave me incorrect information about the procedure when we arrived. My son is due for a second surgery this summer. Still don’t have a quote. Staff does not return voicemails at times either.

I have no recommendations for improvement. While the facility is very busy, things are efficiently administered, the staff is very courteous and responsive. I appreciate Dr. Lurcott’s expertise and professionalism.

I was only awake for very little of the time I was in the office but from what I remember the staff was nice and the office was clean and felt professional.
