I use my middle name not my first/legal name. I suggest you add a field in your system so that staff use the correct name.If it’s not obvious how to do that I suggest contacting UCHealth - they can do it in their system and might be helpful

I recently had implant surgery for several teeth with Dr. Hamilton. His care and detail with explaining and performing the procedure is very helpful and reliable. The patient/doctor care at Colorado Oral Surgery is very good. Highly recommended.

I had my first consult in September 2024. Our surgery was schedule in December, however had to cancel because insurance denied procedure. I called again in September of 2025 to schedule another consult. The receptionist said that the consult was best to reassess if the teeth have shifted. When we arrive for our appointment time, they told me that they were ready for surgery! We were not told that the appointment was for surgery! We were not prepared! My son was very afraid and we were not prepared to miss three days of school. We went ahead with the procedure because they said that this time insurance approved it and to go thru with it before any thing else happened. We were happy that it was approved, however we would have appreciated if front desk would have called us back and better prepared us for surgery!

Everyone in office very nice. Doctor explained procedure well and did great work.

This was a great experience Dr. Lacroix was flawless.
