Called your scheduler once a week for 6 months with no return phone call. Spoke with someone at the front desk who stated she would make Myra call us back. She dif and then stated surgery scheduled for October 22. Called a few days before the surgery because we did not receive any info about surgery just to be told we had no surgery scheduled. Someone spoke to Myra and we got scheduled for the 18th of November. Called to ask questions to again not have Myra give information. Communication from the was done via email and any questions got answered by other staff members.Care was delayed 11 months. 6 of which was due to no communication then 4 months waiting for October 22 and then an additional month to actually get the surgery. You are such a fantastic Dr and your front desk and support staff are tremendous and reflect positively on you. Myra however leaves much to be desired and reflects negatively on your practice.

The doctor and medical staff were great! The front desk is terrible. I asked for a quote for surgery many times and never got information. Also gave me incorrect information about the procedure when we arrived. My son is due for a second surgery this summer. Still don’t have a quote. Staff does not return voicemails at times either.

I have no recommendations for improvement. While the facility is very busy, things are efficiently administered, the staff is very courteous and responsive. I appreciate Dr. Lurcott’s expertise and professionalism.

Very clean professional and easy overall experience. I had a very similar experience myself with the same office 10 years ago and now for my husband and the staff and doctor are just wonderful made us feel safe and taken care of.

The only reason the overall rating was a 8 and the front desk/office staff received a score of 5 was because of the difficulty we had with Myra. The rest of the front desk and office staff was great!Myra was very difficult work with throughout our experience. When I had left messages for her, where her voicemail says she will get back within 24 hours, I only received a call back from her at all one time. The other times I would wait 48 hours to hear from her and I would have to call back. More often than not another staff member would help me. She also did not respond in a timely manner, twice, about my son’s LOA/FMLA information for work and risked him getting denied because the paperwork wasn’t returned in time.We love Dr.Liddell, his staff, & the office, but Myra was a challenge to work with at best.
