Dr Politano was great with my teen and put both of us at ease. All staff were polite, friendly, and reliable. My only suggestion for improvement is that the instructions for aftercare after wisdom teeth extraction were very confusing and contradictory. I would suggest having the instructions in time order, meaning: -1st 24 hours: a b c, - Days 2-5: abc; Days 5 plus: abc. So that way I wouldn't have had to sort through 25 things and figure out what I'm supposed to do right then.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Procedure started on time and went well and all my questions were answered.

Doctor Potano is a fantastic doctor. Always makes me feel comfortable before any procedure.

My only constructive comment is regarding the scheduling portion of the appointment. If leaving a phone message regarding times/dates available - please explicitly state that it's important to get back to the office quickly, in order for those times/dates offered to still be available. This wasn't made clear to me, so scheduling wasn't as smooth as it might've been, had this been communicated clearly.

My experience at the office exceeded my expectations. I was extremely nervous to show up to the appointment but Dr. Politano and his staff were kind and gentle. They held me through the process and made sure I was calm before starting any procedure.

I know this about two months in responding, but I cannot think of any aspect of the admin or clinical process or the procedure itself the I would review for possible change. This is the second abstraction I have had with your group and I would not change practitioners for future treatment. Thanks for everything.

The care here could not be better. From the help from young lady in the office (coordinating benefits, fitting schedules, going over how to prepare, etc), to Sam's assistance, and Dr Eric Reimer's listening to our concerns, patience, explanations, & skill. We would not go anywhere else.
