I think your phone system is archaic and frustrating. You ask for extension numbers but don't give options and I don't see those in paper work. It takes about 2 minutes of waiting on hold to leave a message. Go ahead and try it for yourselves.Your text notifications are one way meaning we can't text back. Come on, pay for that feature. You notified us by text of a follow-up appointment, put the date but not time. That's sillyI shared this feedback with the receptionist who called me back, the one who records the outgoing message. I found her to be rude, curt and lacked accountability. Your communication process is poor but you blame it on the company's system? Come on. If you're going to cash their paychecks, it's YOUR system and YOUR processThis is our third child having their wisdom teeth removed and by far the longest and most painful recovery. She also said she woke up mid-procedure. My perception is that the procedure could have been performed more skillfullyFinally, I think it's tic tacky to charge us for the pre-surgery consultation as well as for the procedure. That should be included in the procedure fee. Especially when the consult meeting is just some guy asking a few questions, checking boxes. That can be covered in the initial appointment. No real value to the patient or family, value is to the doctor from this fee so assume the costI do appreciate you give a discount for cash/check. You sure did cash that check quickly. You'd think you'd cover the forementioned items with such immediacyWhich you guys luck. You certainly have an opportunity to have better systems and perform better surgeries. Pretty easy fixes really.That said, won't recommend you to friends. Will suggest they just find a front range provider.

I went to the wrong office for procedure. It would have been helpful to have day before or day of procedure text with address of office to drive to in the text to easily click for maps to help me get to the right office.

I cannot imagine a better practice anywhere. Dr. Politano and his entire staff are excellent in every way. I've been a patient multiple times and highly recommend this practice to everyone!
