Everything has been wonderful. The only issue we have run into is getting her Xfinity phone delivered and programmed. It has been almost 2 months and still have not received it. Thank you!

Good staff. Laura, Lucia, and Shay. Morelia has grown and seems to getting better every day- she has potential with the right mentoringThe place seems short staffed at times and the frustration can be seen on the faces of the staff. I wonder what the turnover rate is because it seems high. Remember- people don’t leave bad jobs, they leave bad managers. Please contact me with any questions or for direct feedback

Medication being given.Having them on hand and being out of them really fast and not given to patient. Ordering meds the patient hasn't been taking for months. Ordering over the counter drugs from pharmacy that I have brought there so the patient is paying twice

Carpets need to be cleaned more often. Need fridge light. Maintence requests seem to take a long time even after several requests.

Activities for memory care have finally an activities coordinator, Morgan is marvelous!!!Also don’t like that you changed staffing to 4 on and 2 off.It is My feeling that patients that have this type of special care need to not have change in routine.Also it’s hard when they have a change in care givers.Some really wonderful caring and understanding people are not there now.Patti Nelsen

I'm very happy about the new Activity Director for Memory Care. Activity is important for all.Maintenence issues were not addressed in a suitable time.Communication could be better between staff and Kasey or Connie. Also needed is better Communication between Kasey and family members.All things considered, Columbia Place does a very good job.
