Timely and transparent pay to clinicians needs improvement. Clinical supervision practices do not provide clinicians with the clinical supervisor signatures weekly or monthly toward clinical licensure.

Would love for an easier to use portal for progress notes and treatment plans.

Intake needs to continue to improve the screening of patients for viability for therapy.Also, if therapy is for a couple or family...more information needs to be provided to the Clinician as to the participantsWe understand that the Insurance requirement is only for the insured. party...a separate section of documentation needs to be established for others involved in the therapy...they may have the major issues to be resolved and should require diagnosis and accompanying information as well.

It feels like a little bit of a wasteland. There's talk of a big ecosystem but it's definitely not felt, at least not here.

CCs support in all areas really provides the environment where you desire to do your best. The only drawback that I observe is the complexity of AdvancedMD.

I love working for Comprehensive Counseling. It is a great team to work with and billing is rarely an issue. I would appreciate more opportunities for CEU's and different training or wokrshop opportunities.
