It is not a complaint but I would appreciate if you don’t use yellow highlighter in the email to convey important messages. I’m setting my smartphone with inverse background (which is black) for my eyes, and yellow highlighter doesn’t reach the ADA recommended contrast of colors. I would appreciate bold face or some other ways. I do know it is my personal situation but I have to switch the background just to read emails…. so I thought I would share my idea. Thank you!

For future surveys, please add an other box for the improvement section. In regards to referrals, I generate my own. One area of improvement would be for clinicians to get a bonus when referring prospective clients. I have referred many clients for couples therapy. I have also referred prospective clients to Comprehensive when I'm not covered under their insurance. Just a recommendation.

Timely and transparent pay to clinicians needs improvement. Clinical supervision practices do not provide clinicians with the clinical supervisor signatures weekly or monthly toward clinical licensure.

Would love for an easier to use portal for progress notes and treatment plans.

Intake needs to continue to improve the screening of patients for viability for therapy.Also, if therapy is for a couple or family...more information needs to be provided to the Clinician as to the participantsWe understand that the Insurance requirement is only for the insured. party...a separate section of documentation needs to be established for others involved in the therapy...they may have the major issues to be resolved and should require diagnosis and accompanying information as well.

It feels like a little bit of a wasteland. There's talk of a big ecosystem but it's definitely not felt, at least not here.
