I was very excited about getting started with comprehensive counseling but I was disappointed to hear that we won’t get paid for the first three months. I expected to wait at least 1 month but 3 months is a bit too long in my opinion. I also think referral generations are very slow. I’ve worked in many clinics and I know there is a great need for services. Most clinics already have identified patients for you when you start. It’s disappointing to see how slow everything runs.

When referrals come in, more information about how the referral came in would be helpful. Additionally, guiding new patients into the process with a little more personalization. I have had over 10 patients that gets lost in the intake process, and never check my emails for my Welcome email or link, and end up missing their first session.

The group supervision form is way too long and complicated and repetitive for each individual LMSW. Individual supervision form is easy enough and quick enough to complete.

The EMR has problems and freezes. It also does not correct spelling error and the error are difficult to correct. The payments are not clear as to what is being charged and how much the therapist is being compensated.

I started in January and only have 7 clients. I took this position agreeing to see 12 clients per week which would mean that I would make about $2500 per month. I took this job for the hours towards my C and to help pay off student loans. I am making anywhere between $500 and $900 per month. It is not enough. I continually ask for more referrals. I am wondering if you have hired too many therapists for the referrals that you receive.

There are times in where getting patients takes a long time. But the clients provided are committed and open to therapy which I highly value.

I’d like to be able to network more with other clinicians in the group. Group Supervision twice a week is helpful, however seeing the same handful of clinicians each week doesn’t help broaden my horizons. I wish that there was a way to connect and engage more clinicians in our coffee hours. They are fun!

The response from supervision, operations, and IT support is quick and very helpful.Being match with patients has been slow. Obtaining CEUs has been confusing and slow.
