More transparency with billing updates and improved communication on how intakes are setup and managed by providers.

I just started and the trainings were good I just feel there could be more training on the EMR as a whole as there are alot of areas I still do not know about or how to complete. Otherwise I feel you really care about your clinicians success and are polite and professional and pleasant to be apart of.

The ratio could be 70/30.

I think there needs to be a better way of communicating the monthly income. It coming in two weeks later is not great. I also think there could be updates in the system for assessments. Separate intakes for the adolescents also.
