I've always been a proponent of "my" credit union. It was always a fun place to go into, we could chat with the tellers and have a good experience. Things changed (management, maybe?) and tellers started leaving. New tellers were not fun or personable, and it felt more like a chore to go to the bank than a fun stop in my day. Honestly, I stopped going into this branch for anything because I had such a bad experience with tellers not understanding what I was trying to do with my withdrawals, and not being able to understand them clearly. I've been using the other branch.I tried the Concord branch once again to see if anything had changed. They had 2 new tellers. The one I worked with was very nice, although also VERY quiet when she talked and I could barely hear her. But at least she understood what I was doing with my withdrawal.I hope things will continue to change upwards and it becomes the credit union I know it can be.
